Mr. Landon Holderness is an Associate Accident Reconstructionist with a background in mechanical engineering, vehicle inspection, engineering analysis, and data-driven evaluation of motor-vehicle and pedestrian collisions. At Explico, Mr. Holderness applies mechanical engineering principles to document crash evidence, evaluate vehicle damage and structural deformation, analyze vehicle control module data, and assess GPS and accelerometer-based data in accident reconstruction matters. His technical experience includes physics-based collision analysis, computer-based modeling, pedestrian impact research, experimental procedure development, MATLAB, CAD, data acquisition, circuit design, and truss and bridge analysis. Mr. Holderness also brings research and engineering experience from Baylor University and bridge engineering work, including support-structure design, shock tube research systems, bridge load ratings, and independent checks of bridge contract plans.
