Mr. Tibavinsky has experience solving problems in diverse engineering fields including combustion, tribology, and microfluidics. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Explico, he researched novel optical methods to perform in-cylinder measurements of temperature and fuel concentration in internal combustion engines at the University of Michigan. He developed a microfabricated device at Georgia Tech that enabled high-resolution chemical imaging of biochemical samples, and participated in numerous projects in the development of renewable energies.
